Conversation drafts
The contact form prepares your name, contact preference, contact detail, interest and message on the current page only. It does not send an enquiry or store a draft on this website’s server or in browser storage. Leaving or refreshing the page clears the draft. Copying the draft places it on your device’s clipboard.
Bookings and WhatsApp
The Calendly link does not contain personal form details. Choose a time, enter your booking information and confirm within Calendly. WhatsApp and Facebook links take you to those platforms; information you actively send is received by that platform and its recipient. External services process information under their own privacy policies.
AI Planning Assistant
When you use the AI assistant, your messages are sent to the website’s AI processing service to generate general planning guidance. A conversation copy is kept in this browser so you can return to it, and can be removed using Clear in the assistant. This website does not create user accounts or a conversation database. This notice does not claim a retention period for the AI service provider. Do not enter medical records, identity numbers, banking details or other sensitive information.
Language and videos
Your language preference is remembered in browser storage. Where videos are available, a YouTube player loads only when you open a video. YouTube may process device, network and playback information under its own policies.
